Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Procurement Manager to oversee full-cycle purchasing for a small manufacturing and assembly operation. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a small company environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats while managing raw material and component sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, components, and supplies
• Source, evaluate, and maintain supplier relationships
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times to support production schedules
• Coordinate closely with manufacturing, assembly, and warehouse teams
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock
• Ensure purchase orders, deliveries, and documentation are accurate and timely

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement within a small manufacturing or warehouse assembly environment
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle procurement processes
• Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced, resource-conscious setting
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
