Here, employees engage in meaningful work, directly helping clients achieve their financial goals, which brings a deep sense of purpose and satisfaction.

Our culture is rooted in collaboration, inclusion, and transparency, with accessible leadership that values input and creates a genuine sense of belonging.

While skills and expertise matter at SAM, finding the right culture fit is our top priority. We seek individuals who bring a commitment to hard work and excellence, while also embodying our core values of collaboration, respect, and integrity. We believe skills can be developed, but a strong work ethic and the right attitude are crucial for achieving long-term success, for both our team and our clients.

At SAM, it's not just about having a job; it's about joining a community where you feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow!

Stansberry Asset Management (SAM), a fast-growing wealth management firm, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to grow and manage the firm's paid advertising campaigns, paid social, and organic social media efforts. This role is ideal for a content-savvy marketer who thrives at the intersection of design, analytics, and storytelling. You'll play a key role in shaping how SAM connects with clients, prospects, and the broader financial community online.

What You'll Do
  • Paid Advertising (SEM/PPC): Create, launch, and optimize search and display campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms. Manage budgets, keyword targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
  • Paid Social Campaigns: Build and optimize paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other platforms. Oversee audience segmentation, creative testing, retargeting, and performance optimization.
  • Organic Social Media: Develop and execute SAM's organic social media strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, and other platforms. Plan and publish content, grow engagement, and ensure consistent brand voice.
  • Creative Development: Write compelling ad copy and social posts. Design on-brand digital assets (graphics, infographics, short-form videos, thought-leadership snippets) using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Monitor engagement metrics, campaign ROI, and growth trends. Provide regular reporting and insights to guide strategy.
  • Manage content calendars and coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across digital channels.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities to stay current with SEM/PPC and social media trends to drive continual improvement.
  • Ensure all content complies with SEC/FINRA guidelines for financial marketing.
What We're Looking For
  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, and/or social media management ideally within financial services, an RIA, or another regulated industry.
  • Proven experience creating and managing end-to-end paid campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) with measurable ROI.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating social media campaigns, graphic design work, and digital content creation.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to translate complex financial topics into clear, engaging content.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with compliance in a regulated environment (SEC/FINRA) highly preferred.
  • SIE preferred, or willingness to obtain within six months of hire.
